Delivery Policy

Luxe Life Mart cannot process refunds or resend items if the tracking information indicates successful delivery.

a. In case of non-receipt, a certified non-delivery statement from the local post office, bearing an official seal, is required.

b. If the tracking information displays an Alert, check for the following reasons:

  • Incorrect/insufficient address.
  • No such number.
  • Unknown recipient.
  • Refused.
  • Failure to pick up in time.
  • No safe delivery location.
  • Uncleared customs
